Soooo Busy

Date: March 04, 2013
Area: Santiago, Chile
Companion: Elder Perez

Hola Familia,

This was a great week. It was SO busy, there is hardly a moment to stop and take a breather, with all the phone calls we have to make, the investigadores to worry about, the preparation for the classes that we have to give (yesterday President Essig called us and asked us to do a demonstration in consejo de lideres (zone leader council) for a short time of 20 minutes!! so we have to prepare that now too). There is a lot to do, there really isn´t time to rest but its a good thing. It feels good. I usually do ok during the day and then get home, plan and we say the closing prayer and its like all of my energy is drained and I just want to go to bed haha. And it feels like somebody puts fast forward on the clock every night because I swear, I close my eyes and then 60 seconds later the alarm is going off=)

But this week we were running around both sectors (They united the two sectors of Principal and so its one normal sector now (they were really small before)) but now we have all of our investigators at opposite ends of the sector haha so we have to plan the day out really well. But its fun. We taught a lot last week, 24 lessons, 19 with a member. I haven´t had a week like that in a long time.. since I was with Elder Barnes and Elder Perez hasn´t had a week that good in quite a while so we are really excited. There are several GREAT investigators that are progressing really well and this Sunday we should have 3 baptisms! Wahoo!

Maria is doing really well. She actually didn´t make it to church yesterday because of some problems but she is doing really well. I call her Tia, aunt. She is my Chilean Tia and its going to be really really hard to have to tell her goodbye in a couple of weeks. I should be changed out after this change. Actually the two of us should be sent off to other wards. We´ll see what happens.

But I am excited for this change, it is already flying by. When it ends spencer is already going to be in the MTC! WOW! in a little more than 2 weeks. I am so excited for you! Have a great week, I love you all

Elder Jaromy Holland

ps we made a cake last night and I made your frosting, mom, and Elder Perez just about died. He loved it. He ate like half of the cake this morning! haha.
